Q2: What product materials can I choose?
Answer: Pine, paulownia, beech, plywood, rubberwood, acacia, and walnut are the most commonly used raw materials.
Q3: Can I order any colors?
In fact, the color of the spray will be affected by the material and wood grain. Although we cannot guarantee that all colors can be sprayed, we can provide most colors. Contact us for wood-specific color cards for reference.
Q4: Where do your raw materials come from?
Answer: Grammy Home uses raw materials provided by FSC certified factories that meet the requirements of renewable environmental protection. We respect nature, are committed to environmental protection and sustainable development, and serve and influence customers who have common goals with us through our own efforts.
Q:5 Do you do fumigation treatment for these exported wood products?
Answer: Yes! In fact, all the raw materials of Grammy Home wood products have passed the heat treatment certification of relevant Chinese departments. If necessary, we can provide these certifications to help you enhance the competitiveness of your products.
Q6: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Answer: Because our factory can make many styles, all products are customized.
For small-size products, the MOQ is 500-1000 sets/design/color. For larger-size products, the MOQ can be 200 sets/design/color. There are no special restrictions, you can contact us to send drawings for specific requirements.
Q7: Why don't you list the price of each product?
Answer: All of our products are specially customized according to customer specifications, including products, packaging, and services. Therefore, we cannot provide accurate prices without knowing the specific requirements. Contact us for an estimated price range.
Q8: If I want to get a quote, what information should I tell you?
Answer: The more detailed the better, but the following information must be included.
-Item size (length*width*height), preferably with drawings.
-Material, surface treatment process, and color requirements.
-Sign or logo craft.
Q9: Do you accept customized orders?
Answer: Yes, almost all of our orders are customized according to customer requirements. Including custom sizes, colors, materials, linings, and logos.
Q10: I have never imported an order from China, what preparations do I need to do?
Answer: You don't need to do anything. Our shipping agent in the destination country will assist you with import customs clearance. You only need to tell him your requirements and warehouse address.
Q11: I mainly sell on Amazon, can you deliver goods to Amazon warehouse for me?
Answer: Of course, many of our customers are such a sales model. We are familiar with Amazon's operation process and can ship to designated warehouses as required. If you are a greenhand, we can help you complete the process, the real one-stop shopping!
Q12: What is the entire ordering process?
Answer: Including but not limited to the following.
1.Negotiate samples and quote rough prices according to your requirements.
2.Make a sample for confirmation.
3.According to the details of the final sample and the order quantity, calculate and confirm the price and confirm the order.
4. Start production after receiving a 30% deposit.
5.Our team will report production progress weekly, book space as required before shipment.
6.Submit a bill of lading after receiving 70% of the balance.
7.Remind the expected arrival port date and assists in handling import customs clearance matters.
Q13: Can I get drawings without a PO?
Answer: We can provide standard and basic drawings for free. However, these design drawings that take long time to customize will be released after get your purchase orders. Since Grammy Home does not charge engineering man-hour fees, all drawings are regarded as the exclusive property of Grammy Home and may not be disseminated or distributed to parties unrelated to the intended entity of the drawing.
Q14: Can I get samples first?
Answer: Yes! The sample is the best way to avoid misunderstanding, it is responsible for each other.
Most of our regular-size samples are free, and we only charge a small amount of shipping. A few special-shaped customized products need to charge a sample fee according to the drawing and color requirements.
The sample preparation time is approximately 1 week.
Q15: Can the sample fee be refunded?
Answer: Yes, once the quantity of your bulk order exceeds our MOQ, it will be refunded.
Q16: Is there a "shipping and handling" fee in my order?
Answer: Shipping and handling costs depend on the service you purchase and the shipping method you use. Usually, we provide FOB price as the most basic reference.
Q17: How will I pay for my order?
Answer: We usually accept T/T, Western Union and Letter of Credit for large orders. Paypal can be used to pay for sample orders.
Q18: How will my goods be shipped?
Answer: The samples are delivered by international express such as DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS.
Bulk orders are transported by sea, air, or rail.
Q19: When shall I start my order?
Answer: For example, if you want to make some preparations for Christmas sales, usually you have to prepare them in the warehouse at least in November. Because the order usually takes at least 2-3 months for production and transportation, and the samples usually takes 2-4 weeks for discussion, which means that you will start discussing our cooperation in July at the latest.
In general, it will take at least 3 months from planning to receiving the goods.
Q20:How long will I receive my order?
Answer: After confirming the product, we usually need about 25-45 days to produce (depending on the order size and product details), and then it usually takes 30 days to ship.
